The Musique & Santé Trainers have many years of experience in working in hospitals for and with patients, their families, and healthcare staff. They have been carrying out training sessions for many years. They have developed specialisms in certain areas, ranging from neonatology to geriatrics. They work alongside the director to develop and implement the content of each bespoke training programme.
They train adults (non-musicians, healthcare staff, musicians) in the framework of one-week training sessions as well as running long-term trainings for musician: a 7-week program in French and a 5-week pilot programme in English in the framework of our previous Leonardo da Vinci Partnership.
They train and mentor the musicians who are newly hired by Musique & Santé. They accompany them in the development of their training skills so the new musicians can become trainers themselves after some years of experience in working in hospitals.
They carry out projects in English with people from across Europe and participate in many exchanges within Europe: conferences, consulting, networks, study visits, exchanges...
