Global care and responsibility have become one of the major missions of healthcare settings. They are part of a reflection shared with hospital staff, civil society, families, etc. Our training sessions are based on a long artistic practice in several health settings (neonatology, paediatric, pedopsychiatry, geriatric units, institutions for the handicapped,…). Our training sessions allow numerous health and cultural professionals to complete their initial education. They give them new tools to develop cultural and musical projects in health settings. These training sessions also encourage exchanges and encounters between professionals. The practical work carried out every week by Musique & Santé in hospitals allows the training officers to enrich their reflection and update their practice. Our training sessions can be carried out: • in the framework of our annual training programme in Paris, • directly in the institutions interested in offering a training to their members. Download the lists of training sessions (2008 and 2009). A European training session “Music in Health Settings” is now set up in partnership with the Royal Northern College of Music (Manchester). See description of the 2009 session. |
